Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-11-01 · Last updated November 1, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DeepRuns (the "Service"), a web application for organizing and running poker tournaments. DeepRuns is operated by the DeepRuns project, currently by an individual and not by a registered legal entity. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean the Service operator. Contact us at [email protected].

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets organizers create and manage tournaments, maintain player rosters, configure blinds and payouts, manage tables and seating, run a live tournament clock, view results and share read-only tournament pages or TV views using a link.

The Service is currently offered free of charge, subject to feature and usage limits that may apply to your account or tournament. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future. Any paid feature will be subject to its disclosed price and terms before you choose to use it.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes when practicable.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account and profile information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date. Sign-in may be provided by email and password or, where available, Google sign-in. You may need to verify your email address to use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or the public, or when you breach these terms.

4. Your content and event responsibilities

You retain your rights to information you submit, including tournament settings, player names, seating, and results. You give us permission to host, process, and display that information as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information and events you manage, and for having the rights and permissions needed to enter and share player information. Do not enter information that you do not have permission to use.

DeepRuns is an organizational tool. It does not take bets, handle payments, or facilitate real-money wagering. We are not a party to your events. You are responsible for the rules, prizes, and legal requirements applicable to any event you organize, including any gaming or gambling laws.

5. Public tournament links

Some tournament pages and TV views can be opened by anyone who has the link, without signing in. Information displayed there may include tournament details, player names, tables, seating, blinds, payouts, and results.

Treat a public link as public: do not include confidential or sensitive information in content that may appear on a shared page, and share the link only with people you intend to give access to. You are responsible for the information you choose to publish.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization; interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the Service; scraping or using automated access in a way that harms the Service; introducing malicious code; or using the Service unlawfully.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should keep your own records of important event information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or disputes or losses relating to an event you organize or your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected]. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups or where retention is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or enforce these terms.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, create a risk to the Service or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes or for legal, security, or operational reasons. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or in the Service where practicable. We may require you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use your account.

The version and last-updated date identify the terms currently in effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
